Hi, I’m Josephine Elizaga, principal author of The Certification Channel LLC. I did not plan to become an assessment professional. I graduated as an engineer. But a fortuitous opportunity presented to me over twenty years ago was too good to pass up. I took it! I've lived and worked in Northern California since 1997.

I worked for Hewlett-Packard Software as exam developer then certification program lead for many years. I built this website in 2017 so I may share with you, what I learned about developing exams and managing professional certification programs from working with assessment experts and training executives.
