User submission is entered into the appropriate exam and objective. The user will not see a copy of their item, rather a confirmation number is assigned to each item submitted. 

Redemption of points earned is a program decision that can be added or not (e.g. exchange for merchandise, an exam voucher, or used as continuing education credit for recertification.
